Those of you who worked with me at my previous company know–Transformational Leadership and Change Management were my absolute favorite topics when working with managers to help them with their teams or as an organization to implement certain initiatives more efficiently. HR efforts have a way of dying on the vine but with proper strategy, we were able to do accomplish some really good stuff.
A little while ago, I was really missing that. I was busy, but not feeling fulfilled. I needed something where I could use those skills and help people in a different way. I was also starting my own journey of change. It struck me that the things I was doing in my personal life were “unfreezing” my old habits so that I could form new ones. Something that took, me at least, far more than 21 days.
Born from those needs for myself, into a space where I see a real need for my friends, comes rooted + nourished. It has been a journey like most, with ups and downs. I’ve learned lots of good information, wasted money on some not so great directions, refocused back to what the Lord is putting on my heart to partner with Him on, and here we are. An official launch. Just in time for 2018.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your prayers for me, my clients, and this growing little dream of mine that has been planted.
What God size dream are you ready to plant?
“Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” – Matthew 17:20
Your dream may feel daunting, but Jesus promised that if you maintain faith and hold onto His promise nothing would be impossible for you. It’s taken me longer to get here than I planned, but I am reminded–the bigger the dream, the longer the runway needed for it to take off. These beginning days of pursuing your dream are both foundational and formative, which means they are much needed. Let’s work on those together.
